Observations on the reaction of N-alkyloxazolidines, isocyanides and carboxylic acids: A novel three-component reaction leading to N-acyloxyethylamino acid amides
Diorazio, Louis J.,Motherwell, William B.,Sheppard, Tom D.,Waller, Robert W.
, p. 2281 - 2283 (2006)
N-Alkyloxazolidines, readily prepared by condensation of the parent carbonyl compounds with β-aminoalcohols, were found to undergo three-component reactions with isocyanides and carboxylic acids to give N-acyloxyethylamino acid derivatives in good yield.
Isocyanide based multicomponent reactions of oxazolidines and related systems
Waller, Robert W.,Diorazio, Louis J.,Taylor, Brian A.,Motherwell, William B.,Sheppard, Tom D.
experimental part, p. 6496 - 6507 (2010/10/03)
N-Alkyloxazolidines react in a multicomponent reaction with carboxylic acids and isocyanides to give N-acyloxyethylamino acid amides. The previously reported reaction conditions were improved using a design of experiments approach (DoE). Under the optimis
Comparative radioprotective activity of various pentagonal compounds with two heteroatomes
Robbe,Fernandez,Dubief,et al.
, p. 235 - 243 (2007/10/02)
Various heterocyclic compounds with two heteroatomes were synthesized and their potential radioprotective activity was tested. This study shows the interest of phenylthiazolidines derivatives in chemical radioprotection.
