Ingestion:May cause gastrointestinal irritation with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. May cause dizziness, irregular breathing, and weakness.
Inhalation:Causes respiratory tract irritation. May cause irritation of the mucous membranes.
Skin:Causes skin irritation.
Eyes:Causes eye irritation. May cause eye injury. May cause severe eye burns.
 

4-Fluorophenol Consensus Reports

Ingestion:Do NOT induce vomiting. If victim is conscious and alert, give 2-4 cupfuls of milk or water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Get medical aid immediately.
Inhalation:Get medical aid immediately. Remove from exposure to fresh air immediately. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen.
Skin:Get medical aid immediately. Immediately flush skin with plenty of soap and water for at least 15 minutes while removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Destroy contaminated shoes.
Eyes:Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids. Get medical aid immediately. 

Storage:Store in a cool, dry place. Store in a tightly closed container.
Handling:Wash thoroughly after handling. Avoid breathing dust, vapor, mist, or gas. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid ingestion and inhalation. Use only in a chemical fume hood.
