 Amylodextrin (CAS NO.9005-84-9) has been used for as a thickener, stabilizer, filler.

Production

Adding Starch, Ssodium hydroxide and Chloroacetic acid with a certain proportion into the reactor, and taking the water - ethanol as solvent, holding the reaction temperature at 40 ~ 50 ℃ for alkaline etherification for 5 h. Adjusted with glacial acetic acid to neutral pH value, and having concentration crystallization and filtration. Then taking the filter cake being washed with ethanol tobe chlorine-free, and drying it to obtain Amylodextrin (CAS NO.9005-84-9).
