Asparaginase Specification

Asparaginase is one kind of is also known as Crisantaspase. Its classification codes are: (1)Antineoplastic; (2)Antineoplastic Agents; (3)Drug / Therapeutic Agent; (4)Human Data; (5)Natural Product; (6)Reproductive Effect; (7)Tumor data. It is stable at common pressure and temperature, and it should be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place. Moreover, it should be protected from light. It is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of asparagine to aspartic acid. Escherichia Coli A.S.1.357, Glycine, Boric acid buffer and so on can be used to manufacture the Asparaginase.

Uses of  Asparaginase: Asparaginase can be used as a food processing aid to reduce the formation of acrylamide, a suspected carcinogen, in starchy food products. The product is obtained by the breeding of bacterium. Asparaginase is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of asparagine to aspartic acid. Asparaginases are naturally occurring enzymes expressed and produced by microorganisms. It can be used as a food processing aid, a drug or an enzyme.

When you are using Asparaginase, please be cautious about it as the following:
This chemical may cause sensitisation by inhalation and skin contact. Moreover, it may cause harm to the unborn child. It has a possible risk of harm to the unborn child. You should not breathe dust. When using it, you need wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection. It should be avoided exposure that you need obtain special instructions before use. In case of accident or if you feel unwell, you should seek medical advice immediately (show the label where possible).
