- The flame retardant for resin, including his flame-retardant resin composition and manufacturing method of the organic phosphorus compound
-
A flame retardant agent for resins, which comprises an organophosphorus compound represented by general formula (I) (wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 independently represent an alkyl or haloalkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms; Z1 and Z2 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a methyl group or an ethyl group; and n represents 0 to 10), wherein the content of a compound represented by general formula (I) wherein n is 0 is 0.1 to 3.0% by area when the organophosphorus compound is measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and the average condensation degree (N) is 1.5 to 3.5 which is calculated from the contents of compounds respectively represented by general formula (I) wherein n is 0 to 10.

- Method of preparing tris-(2-chloroethyl)phosphite
-
The present disclosure discloses a method of preparing tris-(2-chloroethyl)phosphite, comprising: continuously pumping phosphorus trichloride and ethylene oxide into a tubular pre-mixer for pre-mixing, respectively, and starting a refrigerant cooling unit of the microchannel reaction device simultaneously, to obtain a product tris-(2-chloroethyl)phosphite after complete reaction. The method according to the present disclosure not only significantly improves the content of the esterification product, thus increasing the production efficiency by 10 to 100 times than that of an ordinary tank reactor, but also reduces the residence time of the esterification product in the reactor from 110 hours to several minutes.

- Synthesis of tervalent phosphorus esters in biphasic system using potassium phosphate as unique solid base
-
The synthesis of tervalent phosphorus esters continues to be a significant area of interest, much of it again directed toward the synthesis of phosphite ligands for metal-catalyzed reactions. Typically, they were obtained through esterification of the corresponding phosphorus chlorides with the appropriate alcohols in the presence of an amine. In this paper, we present a new method for the synthesis of tervalent phosphorus esters, not yet mentioned in the literature, when potassium phosphate, as a unique base, is used in liquid-solid system. Symmetrical and unsymmetrical phosphites were obtained with good yields (65%-80%) using this method. The compounds were characterized by 31P NMR spectroscopy.
