- Hypoglycemic quinoline 8 carboxamidoalkyl benzenesulfonamide derivatives

The paper reports on acylaminoalkylbenzenesulfonyl ureas, sulfonylsemicarbazides and sulfonylaminopyrimidines, which carry as acylrest the rest of the quinoline 8 carboxylic acid, possibly substituted. Pharmacological tests reveal that the compounds have a strong blood sugar lowering effects.
