7-Acyl-3-(sulfonic acid and sulfamoyl substituted tetrazolyl thiomethyl) cephalosporins
The compounds of this invention are cephalosporins having a 3- or 4-aminomethylphenylacetamido substituent at the 7-position and a sulfonic acid substituted tetrazolyl thiomethyl group at the 3-position of the cephem nucleus. The compounds have antibacterial activity.

Derivatives of 7-(2-substituted-2-hydroxyiminoacetamido)-3-(1-substituted tetrazol-5-ylthiomethyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid
New semisynthetic cephalosporins are described whose structures are characterized by having an α-oxyimino group in the 7-acetamido moiety and a sulfosubstituted tetrazolylthiomethyl group at position 3. The compounds are active antibacterial agents especially against Gram negative organisms.
