Specification of LGF LGQ-1 Tubular Centrifuge Separator

1. Usage:
1). GF type is used for separating various emulsions
2). Especially for liquid-liquid separation with slight gravity difference and liquid-liquid-solid separation with a little foreign matters such as transformer oil turbine oil, lubricant, fuel oil, dye fat, saponification and various micro power and purifying span 80 liquid, separating various oral liquid and medical liquid "920" and plasma and biologic medicine, extracting plasma from animal's blood
3). Refining phosphate of bean,treating sewage, and separating oil and water

2. Features:
1). The stock flows into the liquid inlet from the bottom and is forced by centrifuge force to flow up to and along the inner wall of the bowl and then is separated the different layer according to density difference of the different liquid components
2). LGF type: liquid phase with great density forms an outer loop and liquid phase with light density forms an inner loop, and flows to the upper of the bowl out of their respective liquid outlet
3). The little solid is settled on the inner wall of the bowl and then is discharged manually after the machine stopped
4). LGQ type: fine solid phase particles with great density are settled on the inner wall of the bowl gradually to form residue layer then to be discharged manually after the machine stops
5). The liquid phase flows out of the liquid outlet at the bowl’s upper after clarification
