A balanced diet is what we advocate." Different kinds of meat not only taste different, but also have different nutritional value.

    First, beef
Beef is the most suitable meat for those who are physically frail or whose intelligence is declining. The composition of amino acid of beef protein is very close to human needs, so it can improve the body's resistance to diseases. However, the fiber of beef muscle is not easy to be digested by the body, and it contains a large content of cholesterol and fat, so the elderly and children should not eat too much.

    Second, mutton
Mutton is very beneficial to those who suffer from asthma and lung diseases. What's more, mutton is beneficial the kidney and can strength the body. As a result, it is the best nourishing food in winter. But you must pay attention that, after all, mutton is warm in nature, so it is not suitable for everyone, especially those who suffer from cough, indigestion, arthritis, eczema, and so on.

    Third, pork
Fatty pork contains a large number of fats but little protein, so eating too much fatty pork may easily lead to diseases such as hyperlipidemia and obesity. Most protein is concentrated in lean meat. In addition, lean meat also contains hemoglobin, so it can play the role of iron supplementation and can prevent anemia. The hemoglobin in the lean meat can be better absorbed than that in the plants. As a result, the effect of iron supplementation of eating lean meat is better than eating vegetables. What's more, as the fibrous tissue of pork is very soft, and it also contains a lot of intramuscular fat, so pork is more digestive and absorptive than beef. Traditional Chinese medicine holds that, eating more lean meat also has certain therapeutic effect on cough, constipation and other diseases.

    Fourth, fish and shrimp
Fish and shrimp contain various kinds of nutrients, such as thiamine, riboflavin, nicotinic acid, vitamin D and a certain amount of calcium, phosphorus, iron and other minerals, all of which are necessary for human body. Although seafood contains so many kinds of nutrients, you should not eat too much. Otherwise, it may easily cause damage on the spleen and stomach, leading to gastrointestinal disease.
