The combination of SPAs and dirhodium(II) carboxylates
exhibits special advantage in the transformations of intensive-
functionalized vinyldiazoacetates through minimizing the side-
reactions, and has potential applications in other
enantioselective transformations involving vinyldiazoacetates.
