The Guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, with the CAS registry number 65497-29-2, is also known as Guar, 2-hydroxy-3-trimethylammoniopropyl ether, chloride. What's more, its systematic name is Guar gum, 2-hydroxy-3-(trimethylammonio)propyl ether, chloride. Its classification code is CA Flag XU [Exempt from reporting under the Inventory Update Rule]. It is an organic compound that is a water-soluble quaternary ammonium derivative of guar gum. This chemical should be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place.
