Homatropine methylbromide Uses

 Mesopin (80-49-9) is used to treat duodenal or stomach ulcers or intestine problems. It can be used together with antacids or other medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer. It may also be used to prevent nausea, vomiting, and motion sickness.

Poison by intraperitoneal and subcutaneous routes. Moderately toxic by ingestion. An anticholinergic agent. An FDA over-the-counter and proprietary drug. When heated to decomposition it emits very toxic fumes of Br and NOx.
