Paraffin waxes and hydrocarbon waxes, chlorinated (CAS NO.63449-39-8) is used as a low-cost plasticizer of PVC.It's also used as plasticizers, flame retardant with widely use in the cable.It's mainly used as flame retardant agent in plastics and rubber, and so on.
