The Poly(ethylene glycol-ran-propylene glycol) monobutyl ether, with the CAS registry number 9038-95-3, is also known as Propylene oxide ethylene oxide polymer monobutyl ether. Its classification codes are: (1)Skin / Eye Irritant; (2)TSCA Flag XU [Exempt from reporting under the Inventory Update Rule]. This chemical should be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place. Moreover, it should be protected from oxides. It should be ensured that the workshop is well ventilated or equipped with exhaust devices. It is a copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. It can be used as lubricant, shiny hair agent, and it is also used for manufacturing cooking oil, shampoo.
