Sodium cromoglycate Safety Profile

Moderately toxic by intravenous route. Mildly toxic by subcutaneous and intraperitoneal routes. Human systemic effects by ingestion: allergic dermatitis, respiratory depression and other lung effects. When heated to decomposition it emits toxic fumes of Na2O.
