Specification
Sodium hypophosphite monohydrate (CAS NO.10039-56-2) is also named as Fosfornan sodny ; Fosfornan sodny [Czech] ; Sodium phosphinate hydrate ; Phosphinic acid, sodium salt, monohydrate . Sodium hypophosphite monohydrate (CAS NO.10039-56-2) is odorless white crystals at room temperature. It is soluble in water, and easily absorbs moisture from the air. Sodium hypophosphite should be kept in a cool, dry place, isolated from oxidizing materials. It produces toxic phosphine gas when heated, causing irritation to the respiratory tract.
