Tantalum(V) oxide (CAS NO.1314-61-0) can be used for the pull-Lithium tantalate single crystal and manufacture of special high-refraction low dispersion optical glass. It also can be used in chemicals as a catalyst.
1. Potassium tantalum fluoride and sulfuric acid will be heated to 400 ℃, add water to the boiling reactants to make the well-diluted acid solution to have the hydrolysis to produce hydrous oxides precipitate, and then by being separated, washing, drying, at last get the product.
2.Soluble the tantalum sheet metal in mixture of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid, purified by extraction, precipitated with ammonia hydroxide, and then by washing, drying, burning, grinded, get the product.
