- Synthesis of a new silicone rubber with N,N-bisallyl-g-aminopropyl side chains. Du, Zuodong; Yu, Jing (Chem. Dep., Shandong Univ. 15721-05-8 is the cas registry number. This chemical is also mentioned in this article., Jinan, Peop. Rep. China). Hecheng Xiangjiao Gongye, 9(6), 388-92 (Chinese) 1986. CODEN: HXGOEA. DOCUMENT TYPE: Journal CA Section: 39 (Synthetic Elastomers and Natural Rubber) Heptamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (I) [15721-05-8] was treated with triallylamine [102-70-5] to give heptamethyl-N,N-bisallyl-g-aminopropylcyclotetrasiloxane [106246-29-1], which was polymd. with I to give the title silicone rubber. The rubber could be cured with peroxide or Pt catalyst in the presence of H-contg. silicone oil. The rubber showed autovulcanization and could be vulcanizable via salt formation with organohalides. .

DOCUMENT TYPE: Journal CA Section: 73 (Optical, Electron, and Mass Spectroscopy and Other Related Properties) Section cross-reference(s): 75, 76 Photoluminescence (PL), C-V and I-V characteristics of OMVPE-grown ZnSe : N doped using triallylamine (TAN) were studied. In expts., the use of TAN as dopant source does not lead to the incorporation of N into the lattice at the VI/II ratio optimized for the growth of undoped ZnSe. At smaller VI/II ratios a high concn. of donor states (1017-1018 cm-3) appears giving a broad PL band at 2.791-2.792 eV caused by a transition from the states formed by an overlap of the conduction band and donor states to the valence band. The acceptor states with an activation energy of 80 meV are most likely formed by O contamination of TAN. .
