The plasma samples were alkalified by 2.5 mol/L NaOH soln. and extd.There are some reagents like 103129-82-4 is used in this study. with Et ether. The Kromasil C18, column (150 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 mm) was used as anal. column. The mobile phase consisted of MeOH-H2O () contg. 0.1% NEt3. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with UV detection at 238 nm. The results showed the recovery of the method was 94.32% to 98.46% and relative std. deviation, 7.0%. The linear range was 1.0-50.0 mg/mL and detn. limit was 0.1 ng. The method had a good selectivity, sensitivity and reproducibility and can be used for pharmacokinetics studies of levamlodipine in rabbit plasma. .
