Significant recoveries of the chem. markers from the dosage form were obtained. The contents of epicatechin, andrographolide and phyllanthin were found to be 169.19 ± 1.26 mg/100 g., 112.30 ± 0.46 mg/100 g. and 319.46 ± 0.71 mg/100 g. resp. .
