The conds. of the LiX-based glasses increase in the order of chloride, bromide and iodide. On the other hand, the conds. of the CuX-based glasses are not so much influenced by the kind of halides, although those seem to have a tendency to decrease slightly in the order of chloride, bromide and iodide. The highest conds. obsd. for these glasses were 10-6 S cm-1 in the LiI-based glasses and 10-3 S cm-1 in the CuClxBr1-x-based glasses at room temp. .
