These chemicals are also mentioned in this article. Rep. China). Huaxue Shijie, 23(3), 70-1 (Chinese) 1982. CODEN: HUAKAB. ISSN: 0367-6358. DOCUMENT TYPE: Journal CA Section: 41 (Dyes, Organic Pigments, Fluorescent Brighteners, and Photographic Sensitizers) The photosensitive compd. 2,5-dibutoxy-4-morpholinobenzenediazonium tetrachlorozincate (I)(DBMPAZC) [14726-58-0] was prepd. and was useful for blue prints. Treatment of hydroquinone [123-31-9] with (NH4)2Cr2O7 and H2SO4 gave benzoquinone [106-51-4] which was treated with HCl to form chlorohydroquinone (II) [615-67-8]. Alkylation of II with BuBr/NaOH gave 1-chloro-2,5-dibutoxybenzene [68052-10-8] which was treated with HNO3 to form 1-chloro-2,5-dibutoxy-4-nitrobenzene [89-30-5] and this was treated with morpholine [110-91-8] to give 1-morpholino-2,5-dibutoxy-4-nitrobenzene (III) [86-15-7]. 1-Morpholino-2,5-dibutoxy-4-aminobenzene [67828-46-0], prepd. by redn. of III, was treated with NaNO2 and HCl to give the diazonium chloride [4858-52-0] which was treated with ZnCl2 to form I. .

V.; Yanborisov, V. M.; Minsker, K. S. (Bashkir. Gos. Univ., Ufa, USSR). Vysokomol. Soedin., Ser. A, 26(2), 303-8 (Russian) 1984. CODEN: VYSAAF. ISSN: 0507-5475. DOCUMENT TYPE: Journal CA Section: 35 (Chemistry of Synthetic High Polymers) Section cross-reference(s): 37 Inhibition of thermal degrdn. of PVC [9002-86-2] by dienophiles is caused by Diels-Alder reaction of the latter with sequences of conjugated double bonds formed in dehydrochlorination of PVC, and with the groups -COCH:CH- present in PVC undergoing degrdn. and acting as dienes. The evidence for the inhibition mechanism was provided by Monte Carlo calcns. of the kinetics of addn. of dienophiles to sequences of conjugated double bonds, and by the kinetics of HCl evolution calcd. for PVC and detd. exptl. for PVC modified with maleic anhydride [108-31-6] and p-benzoquinone [106-51-4]. .
