The fresh plants contained 85.38-89.90% moisture and had pH values of 4.8-6.1.There are some commonly used reagents with their cas registry numbers 11103-57-4 and 9004-34-6 in this article. The av. levels of b-carotene [7235-40-7] and ascorbic acid [50-81-7] were 4.57 and 42.97%, resp. Contents of ash, Ca, P, Fe, proteins, cellulose [9004-34-6], lipids, and starch [9005-25-8] were similar to those of commonly used vegetables. .
