The Ni and Co components are found in the leach liquor of the Caron process for recovering Ni and Co from laterite ores. Nominally 50m diam. resin size of Dowex 50W-X8 [11119-67-8] cation-exchange type was used as the bed material. The Ni concn. of the feed was 136.1-1400 meq/L. Combined effects of the bed loading and annulus width were studied and compared with nonlinear theory. .
