Postemergence application of 2 other systemic herbicides Sys 67MB (MCPB) [6062-26-6] or Sys 67 B (2,4-DB) [10433-59-7] at 3 kg/ha severely decreased the yield and 1000-seed wt., by ineffective weed control. Postemergence application of the contact herbicides Motylkopielik (DNPP) [118-95-6] 5 kg, dinoseb (DNBP NH4+ salt) [88-85-7] 5 L, or Aretit (DNBP acetate) [2813-95-8] 4 kg/ha gave results equiv. to the controls. The systemic herbicides gave a higher germination energy than did the contact herbicides, by halving the proportion of hard seed. .
