The Q2 values of II, III, and IV were 0.250, 0.031, and 0.004, and the e2 values were 3.01, 2.48, and 1.37, resp. The copolymn. in Cl3F3C2 was of the 0.55-0.60 and 0.93-1.15th order with respect to the initiator and the monomer concns., resp., with activation energy 65.36-87.86 kJ/mol and the preexponential factor (0.95-0.04) ′ 10-23 cm3/s; the corresponding values in water were 0.77-1.05, 1.13-1.25, 96.79-118.99 kJ/mol, and (0.09-0.008) ′ 10-23 cm3/s.
