The ppt. was sepd., washed, and dried to give 18.2 g purple solid which (3.0 mg) was used with Et3Al [97-93-8] 2.0, ethyl anisate [94-30-4] 1.1, and Et2AlCl [96-10-6] 2.0 mmol for the polymn. of liq. propene at 70° in the presence of H. The yield of polypropylene [9003-07-0] was 17,700 g/g solid catalyst/h of which 1.4% was sol. in propene and 2.7% was sol. in xylene.
