NaNO3 injection). However, when thecodine and fentanyl were administered after hypoxia development their analgesic effects were lost. Promedol analgesia was not affected by hypoxia.

The barbiturates, phenobarbital [50-06-6] and barbamyl [64-43-7], did not produce conformational changes in the albumin.Except for chemicals metioned above, 50-06-6 and 76-57-3 are also used. .
