Indium chloride/Na as well as In(0) could be used as raw materials. The products were characterized by EDS, XRD, SEM, FESEM and PL techniques. XRD pattern of the obtained powder showed all the major peaks due to Zn blend In phosphide with the sizes of 30-60 nm. FTIR and TG/DTA studies indicated that InP particles were capped with TOP.
