DOCUMENT TYPE: Conference CA Section: 53 (Mineralogical and Geological Chemistry) The 87Sr/86Sr ratios of calcite [13397-26-7], dolomite [16389-88-1], fluorite [14542-23-5], and barite [13462-86-7] are higher than in the rocks of the host formations. Rare-earth abundance patterns in 5 calcites are not similar to those of sedimentary rocks. .

DOCUMENT TYPE: Journal CA Section: 53 (Mineralogical and Geological Chemistry) The Sr contents in barite [13462-86-7] and strontiobarite [17787-60-9] from hydrothrmal environments were studied. Results show that av. Sr contents (~5.5 wt.% SrO4) are fixed in quasihomogeneous areas in the barite with dimensions >100 mm. In these areas, zones occur (50-160 mm length and >100 mm width) which contain high Sr contents (£8.2 wt.There are some commonly used reagents with their cas registry numbers 17787-60-9 and 7440-24-6 in this article.% SrO4). Parallel to these zones are areas of similar dimensions which contain decreased concns. of Sr (3.8-5 wt.% SrO4). .
