DOCUMENT TYPE: Journal CA Section: 1 (Pharmacodynamics) Vitamin B1 derivs. (50 mg as tablets) were given orally to healthy human subjects and excretion rates for 7 hr. were detd. as vitamin B1-HCl. The results were as follows: O,S-dicarbethoxythiamine [137-76-8] (29.64%), thiamine tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide [804-30-8] (24.86%), O-benzoylthiamine monophosphate [22457-89-2] (21.66%), O-benzoylthiamine disulfide [2667-89-2] (21.49%), thiamine 8-(methyl-6-acetyldihydrothioctate) disulfide [137-86-0] (20.42%), N-[1-(2-oxo-1,3-oxathian-4-ylidene)ethyl]-N-[(4-amino-2-methyl-5-pyrimi dyl)methyl]formamide) [6092-18-8] (28.84%). .
