The antibiotics investigated were benzylpenicillin [61-33-6], chloramphenicol [56-75-7], spiramycin [8025-81-8], kitasamycin [1392-21-8], tylosin [1401-69-0], chlorotetracycline [57-62-5], oxytetracycline [79-57-2], dihydrostreptomycin [128-46-1], fradiomycin [1404-04-2], and kanamycin [8063-07-8]. These antibiotics were sepd. and detd. by a TLC-FID automated analyzer using a combination of 2 types of TLC rod and 4 types of developing solvent. Detection limits were 0. 56-75-7 and 57-62-5 which are cas registry numbers of substances are two of reagents here.2-0.5 mg. .
