However, combinations of cyclophosphane with I, insulin, I + glucose, or insulin + glucose produced greater inhibitory effects on tumor growth than cyclophosphane alone. 9005-79-2 and 153-98-0 are just another two chemicals used in this study. Cyclophosphane decreased liver glycogen [9005-79-2] in mice with or without tumors; this effect was antagonized by I and insulin. Thus, I, insulin and glucose not only enhance the antineoplastic activity of cyclophosphane, they also reduce toxicity. .
