Preparation of 1H-1-Benzazepin-5-amine, 2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-N,N-dimethyl-: this chemical can be prepared by dimethyl-[1-(toluene-4-sulfonyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[b]azepin-5-yl]-amine at the temperature of 150 °C. This reaction will need reagent polyphosphoric acid with the reaction time of 2 hours. The yield is about 97%.
