The mixt. was heated to 75° and emulsified with and 80° blend of Tegosept P 0.1, Butoben 0.1, Klearol 5, Miglyol 840 6, stearic acid [57-11-4] 3.5, Tegin 515 2.5, Escalol 507 2.5, Uvinol M-40 0.5, phytosterol acetate 1, Silicone 225 1.5, avocado oil 0.5, polyethylene glycol 600 distearate 0.2, and vitamin E 0.1 part. The emulsion was cooled to 50°, combined with 0.25 part Opermall 115 and 0.75 part H2O and then with 0.5 part Carbowax 400 and 0.5 part exaltolide. The mixt. was cooled to 30° to give a soothing, noncomdeogenic, nonirritating makeup.
