All treatments decreased the PC oviposition at the May 27 evaluation compared to untreated check. Only Guthion, Provado, Guthion + Provado, and Calypso (6 fl oz/acre) maintained this control level to the June 3 and/or June 10 sampling date. At the June 10 evaluation, only Provado, Guthion + Provado, Assail and Calypso (6 fl oz/acre) treatments provided >60% control. .

Cabbage was transplanted at the Snyder Farm, OARDC, Wooster, OH, on July 8, 2004. 52315-07-8 and 173584-44-6 which are cas registry numbers are also used here. Treatments were applied on August 4 and 16 and Sept. 15. Five plants per plot were randomly selected and inspected for DBM, ICW, and CL on August 3, 11, 18, and 27, and on Sept. 3, 10, 14, and 20. All treatments resulted in fewer ICW larvae compared with the untreated control on individual sampling dates. Differences among treatments in larval counts were obsd. in seasonal totals over all sampling dates. All treatments resulted in significant redn. in seasonal total of DBM larvae compared with the untreated control, but there were no significant differences among insecticide treatments. Proclaim resulted in significantly lower seasonal total of ICW larvae than the other treatments. No significant differences in CL larvae were obsd. among treatments. .
