In general, the derivs. showed very satisfactory gas-chromatog. properties, having retention indexes (on OV-1 phase) ~150-250 units above those of analogous butaneboronates. The mass spectra showed several characteristic features. Mol. ions were almost always present, though in modest abundance except from arom. substrates. DTBS derivs.Chemical with cas number 18395-90-9 also plays role. of acyclic and alicyclic diols gave major ions corresponding to [M - C4H9]+ and [M - C4H9 - C3H6]+, whereas catechol derivs. yielded abundant mol. ions and distinctive fragment ions of types [M - C4H8]·+ and [M - C4H8 - C3H7]+. ..

(Me3C)2Si(NMeLi)2 reacts with SiF4 with formation of the 1,3,5-trisilazane (Me3C)2Si(NMeSiF3)2 and spirocyclic [(Me3C)2Si(NMe)2]2Si, and with SnCl2 the cyclosilazane [(Me3C)2SiNMe]2 is obtained. 18395-90-9 are also occured in this study. (Me3C)2Si(NLiSiMe3)2 reacts with SnCl2 to give the cyclo-1,3-diaza-2-sila-4-stannylene (Me3C)2Si(NSiMe3)2Sn. 18395-90-9 are also occured in this study. Oxidn. of the latter with elemental S leads to the formation of the spirocyclic [(Me3C)2Si(NSiMe3)2SnS]2. ..
