Plates of the invention had a relative d. (d. of the plate/d. calcd. from compn. 14060-30-1 and 20620-87-5 which are cas registry numbers of chemicals are mentioned.) >92% and heat cond. >77 W/m-K vs. 89.7% and 51 W/m-K, resp., for a control plate contg. 0.1 wt.% YBO3. Plates of the invention had smooth surface and satisfactory appearance. These plates are useful as substrates for electronics. .
