And the high solid paint is obtained by reacting 350-450pts.wt. of the high solid acryl resin and 100-150pts.wt. of polyisocyanate as a resin curing agent. In the formula, R1 is C2 or C4 alkyl, R2 is C1-C2 alkyl, R3 is C2-C3 2-hydroxy alkyl, R4 is acetoacetoxyethyl, and a, b, c, and d are each integers of 1-4, wherein a+b+c+d is an integer of 5-7. .
