A transformer was immersed in the above resin soln. contg. 1 phr 1,1-di-tert-butylperoxy-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane at 50° for 5 min and cured at 110° for 2 h to give a product exhibiting noise 0.001 G under 110 V, compared with 0.006 G when an unmodified unsatd. polyester was used.
