Thus, a mixt. of PVC [9002-86-2] 100, dioctyl phthalate 38, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (I) [24937-78-8] rubber 20, 4,4'-butylidene-bis(6-tert-butyl-3-methylphenol) (II) [85-60-9] 0.5, triallyl cyanurate (III) [101-37-1] 3, Zn stearate 1 part was kneaded 5 min at 165.degree., cooled to 120.degree., mixed with 3 parts 1,3-bis(tert-butylperoxyisopropyl)benzene [2212-81-9], and kneaded 5 min to give a .apprx.1-mm sheet which was preheated 1 min at 180.degree. and then thermally pressed 9 min at 150 kg/cm2, giving a cured sheet with 100% modulus 105 kg/cm2, tensile strength 224 kg/cm2, elongation 280% compared with 104 kg/cm2, 207 kg/cm2, and 200% for a control in which I, II, III were omitted. .
