Thus, a polyester web (0.7 oz/yd2 was padded with a 17% solids content acrylic acid-ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer [26713-18-8] at 50% add-on in presence of 1% hydroxyethyl cellulose protective colloids and 1% Dextrol OC 40 [9046-01-9] (anionic surfactant which is a complex org. phosphate of polyethoxylated tridecanol) and ammonium zirconium carbonate [22829-17-0] to give a fabric with absorption and reabsorption times 8.0 and 0.4 min (time required for sample to sink in deionized water).
