HF (89.0 g) to give a chlorofluoroanilinium/HF mixt.; NaNO2 (10.18 g) was added to the latter to give chlorofluorobenzenediazonium fluoride as intermediate and then urea (15.08 g) was added and the mixt. was poured into a Parr reactor and decompd. thermally. The yield of 99% pure 1-chloro-2,5-difluorobenzene was 73.8%. .
