The yields of the dehydrogenated and deoxygenated compds. were fairly high. The N-oxides were strong H acceptors. 9-Anthrone was oxidized by pyridine N-oxide; N-oxides of pyridine could be used as oxidizing agents.Except for chemicals metioned above, 2402-99-5 and 824-40-8 are also used. .
