The combination of I and polyacetals prevents clogging. One aerosol contained: I 4.0, 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol 0.15, perfume 0.2, EtOH (99%) 35.65, and propellant [Freon 12 and Freon 11 (3:2)] 60.0% by wt. The stem of the aerosol was made of polyacetal. Expts. showed that no clogging was obsd. after the aerosol was used 30 times.
