The three compds. were examd. 27994-12-3 and 256925-92-5 which are cas registry numbers of chemicals are mentioned. for their anticomplement activity against the classical pathway of the complement system. Compd. 1 showed significant anticomplement activity with an IC50 value of 28.6 mM, whereas compds. 2 and 3 were inactive. .
