One to 2 g of tissue were digested (fat tissue was first homogenized and then digested), extd. with C6H14, and chromatographed on silica gel and alumina columns, resp. Using a glass bead column, the sensitivity was ~0.01-0.02 ppm in O-xylene for injections 2 mL and the dynamic range was ~2 orders of magnitude. The relative std.Chemical with cas number 2689-07-8 also plays role. deviation, at 95% confidence level, was 18%. 2689-07-8 are also occured in this study. The agreement of anal. results of plasma chromatog. with other techniques was satisfactory over a wide range of concns. An extensive discussion of the method's sensitivity is presented. ..
