The specificity of the MIP was investigated by using fluorescence-labeled target and non-target dsDNA. These results indicate that the target dsDNA was recognized preferentially to the MIP. The dissocn. const. of the MIP was ten times lower than that of the non-imprinted polymer. Addnl. the MIP was applied as a matrix for a disc electrophoresis. From the results, concn. of VDAT, mole ratio between VDAT and template dsDNA and the pH condition influence on the recognition effect of the MIP. .
