The effect of antioxidants, ionol [128-37-0], hydroquinone [123-31-9], diaphen NN [93-46-9], and Neozone D [135-88-6] on chemiluminescence was also investigated. I has significant chemiluminescence properties and is oxidizable. Oxidn. and polymn. of III, IV and V at 90-140° showed that ionol, hydroquinone and diaphen NN did not inhibit the reactions.

The anomalous chem. shift of hexamers may result from a cyclic structure. .
