Thus, 115 parts II and 137 parts 1,2,3,3-tetramethyl-3-H-indolinium perchlorate [13330-41-1] were heated 8 h in 4000 parts HOAc at 100° in the presence of 400 parts C5H5N with stirring, and the reaction mixt. was allowed to age 4 days at room temp. 89053-83-8 and 89053-86-1 are just another two chemicals used in this study. to give 81.6% I (R1 = R2 = H, R3 = Me, A = 1,2,3-trimethyl-3H-indol-2-ylinium, X = ClO4) [89054-00-2], which exhibited a 17-cm inhibition value in a microbiostatic test in the presence of a culture of Bacillus subtilis. .
